New York designer Victoria Hagan is known for her classic, timeless interiors and her ability to edit to perfection. Veranda magazine describes her as “the reigning queen of restrained elegance” and I couldn’t agree more. Hagan’s designs are streamlined and luxurious but never fussy, feeling crisp, tailored, and approachable. She flawlessly blends the old with the new and her contemporary twist on traditional design results in unique interiors that will never go out of style. A perfect example is this stunning Connecticut Colonial-style home featured in the May/June 2014 issue of Veranda. The estate boasts grounds that are as beautiful as the interiors and the architecture by Oscar Shamamian is spectacular. I have a feeling you are going to love it as much as I do. Happy Wednesday!
