Keeping it short and sweet today so here is a round up of my of my favorite things this week and make sure to read it all…#5 is one of my favorites! Have a great weekend!
Cathy Kincaid’s book The Well Adorned Home is absolutely exquisite. Surpringly, it’s her first book so I really enjoyed this interview with her detailing her own thoughts on the book and her designs.

If you are a fellow history nerd, the first season of the podcast Unobscured is fascinating. It’s about the Salem Witch Trials and breaks down the nitty gritty historical details behind the horrific era. I was an American History major and was familiar with the trials but I learned so much and now see them in an entirely different light after listening to this podcast. I should note- if you like history but don’t love it, this podcast isn’t for you. It could easily seem boring to some and requires an atmosphere where you can listen in peace and digest a lot of historical information. I haven’t looked into Season 2 yet but Season 1 is fantastic.
FIVE
Are you familiar with One Kings Lane Open House? It’s a beautifully curated collection of pieces that stay true to OKL’s chic style but have surprisingly affordable price tags. There is also plenty of blue and white so you know it was a home run with me! Here a few of my favorites…I tried hard not to post the entire collection and everything is an additional 20% off with code OKLFURNISH
Thanks for stopping by!
XO,
Sophie
