Holiday Home Tour: A Blue & White Christmas

I shared a peek of this home on Instagram over the weekend and couldn’t wait to share the rest of it with you today! As much as I love blue and white, I definitely think blue and white Christmas decor can be tricky to execute and if not done correctly it can come off as gaudy and overly ornamental. This Atlanta home designed by dream team, architect Ross Piper and interior designer, Clary Bosbyshell is an absolute showstopper and decorated for the holidays it serves as the perfect example of how to incorporate blue and white holiday decor in your home in way that is tasteful and timeless. Fresh greenery, metallic accents and topiaries with delicate red bows throughout add just the right touch of interest and warmth. Hopefully it helps inspire you when decorating your own homes this year!

Magnolia and pine mixed with silver, gold and red accents offset the blue and white color palette of the living room.

This entryway decked for the holidays is a feast for the sense. Every aspect is beautiful from the architectural detail and inlaid hardwood floor to the scenic Schumacher wallpaper and impeccably styled Christmas tree.

A chic dining room is given a modern spin with casement windows and sleek cabinetry hardware.

A giant silver bell tied with a dainty blue velvet ribbon is such a lovely accent to this blue and white place setting.

An airy and bright open concept kitchen that has a beautiful blend of modern and traditional accents.

Antique oyster plates belonging to the owner frame the doorway leading to her mudroom and office.

I can never resist the charm of an oval window and I love the unexpected pairing of the checked window seat cushion against the Brunschwig & Fils’ Bird and Thistle wallpaper.

A mudroom office where work would feel like a retreat.

Whitewashed vaulted give the master bedroom a feel of casual elegance.

I think I can speak for almost all of us when I say this is the master closet of our dreams!

The master bathroom is equally as sophisticated with a continuation of the blue and white theme in playful prints.

A cheerful and festive outdoor area decked out in style.
